Hi, I would like to ask if you provide towels, shampoo, shower gel and toilet paper. And, also how far is the hotel from city center ?
We do provide everything you mentioned. We are less than 10 walking minutes away from the Vatican. The Colosseum is 35 walking minutes away. The Spanish steps and the Trevi fountain are in between us and the colosseum. Metro station is 100m away.
Is there a space where we can leave our luggage before check in and after check out?
You can leave your luggages here before check in. In the morning someone is here from 9am to 12/12:30 approximately. After your check out you can leave here your luggages as long as you prefer. once you're here we'll explain how and where.

Hi, how far is the coliseum from this hotel?
The colosseum is 45 minutes away from us if walking. 30 minutes by public transportation. On the other hand, the Vatican is 15 minutes walking away from us

There's the heating in the room and also the air con that can be switched to the heat but at the moment here in Rome is pretty hot.

Since we are not an hotel with 24/7 reception, check in hours are 2-11pm (see condition on our bookign page at "The fine print"). In the morning we allow guests to come and leave their things at our proprety from 9pm.
